A UK Security Company Established in 2018

We provide planned, short term and ongoing cover, including nights, weekends and 24/7 requirements where the site risk supports a security dog deployment. Short notice cover can also be discussed subject to operational availability.

Operatives hold the relevant SIA licence for the licensable activity they perform. Deployment is supported by recognised security dog handler training, including NASDU where applicable, BS 7858 vetting and BS 8517-1 aligned working practices for general purpose security dog assignments.

Security dog handlers are most relevant where a site is large, asset heavy, poorly lit, repeatedly intruded or difficult to monitor. They can also support sites where CCTV records activity but does not provide the visible on-site presence needed to assess suspicious behaviour, patrol vulnerable areas and follow agreed escalation procedures.

We do not present security dog handlers as the correct option for every location. Each enquiry is reviewed against the site layout, access points, perimeter condition, exposed assets, operating hours, previous incidents and existing security measures before cover is recommended.

How Colosseum K9 Controls Security Dog Deployments

We provide planned, short term and ongoing cover, including nights, weekends and 24/7 requirements where the site risk supports a security dog deployment. Short notice cover can also be discussed subject to operational availability.

Operatives hold the relevant SIA licence for the licensable activity they perform. Deployment is supported by recognised security dog handler training, including NASDU where applicable, BS 7858 vetting and BS 8517-1 aligned working practices for general purpose security dog assignments.

Before cover starts, we review access arrangements, vulnerable assets, patrol priorities, incident escalation, client communication and dog welfare requirements. This helps turn a generic security presence into a controlled service based on the actual conditions at the site.

During cover, handlers follow assignment instructions, record patrol activity, report incidents or damage and escalate concerns through agreed procedures. This gives clients a clearer record of what was observed, what action was taken and what may require management follow-up.
